Code is Beautiful

Code is Beautiful was my senior thesis project, for which I made art that was code generated. My goal with this exhibition was to educate viewers on an alternate use for code and recognize that programming can be used as a modern medium of art.

For this project I used an open source programming language for visual artist called Processing. There were a total of five pieces: four of which where 36" x 36" and one was 72" x 36". Each piece was printed on transparency then placed behind plexiglass and mounted on the gallery wall.
